Leasing Office and Maintenance Requests

Hi, I'm newer to Stonegate however I just wanted to say that the leasing office property management and the maintenance staff are amazing. Any request that we submit for maintenance they come very quickly and fix the issue. They are polite and respectful. We get follow up calls/emails from the leasing office when there may be a potential delay for whatever reason. Even though the delay is even quickly resolved. We rented previously at a similar apartment living community for 6 plus years and had great maintenance customer service there as well, so it's been great making this transition. Kudos to you Stonegate!! Keep up the great work. -Jenny K

Thank you!

We want to thank the office staff and maintenance team for a great experience. The office staff was always professional and addressed our needs in a very timely manner. The maintenance team responded also in a timely fashion. Our neighbors were very kind and friendly. The property is well-kept and managed. When we gave our early termination notice, the office staff worked very diligently to find a tenant to take over our lease. As soon as our unit was rented, our deposit was refunded within 10 days. Again, I would just like to say thank you to the Stonegate management and maintenance team.

My Husband and I lived at Sto

My Husband and I lived at StoneGate for only a year., but it was a great year. We had such a great experience living there. The area is beautiful. Everyone in the community were so friendly and we immediately felt at home. If we ever had a question or needed something the Staff at StoneGate were always more than happy to help us. One person in particular (I have to mention her) that was So Sweet, So Sincere and just pleasant to work with is Allyssa, She is really One in a million. She always made time if you had questions and was always so Kind! Allyssa took the stress away from when we moved in and when we moved out. She seriously handled everything. She is the Best! My Husband and I would and will always highly recommend if you are looking for a Great place to rent to check out StoneGate, We loved it.

Fast response

We just moved in and have needed a couple things fixed since moving in. The response has been so fast. We feel annoying having to keep asking for things to be fixed so thank you for everything you have done in such a timely manner!

Higgen Gem! Lovely Condo Style Apts.

Living at Stonegate has been a lovely experience. I would highly recommend this place. Neighbors are nice and quiet and it is a very dog friendly community with great amenities. Super close to Target, Marshalls/Homegoods, Pick N Save, gas stations and other stores. Maintenance staff are awesome at getting repairs done extremely quickly.

Wonderful place to call home

I have lived here for over 6 years. I have a small dog, and this is the best place to walk your dog and feel safe. I love my apartment with the attached garage, fireplace and big patio. The maintenance staff is excellent. Very fast to respond to requests, and very pet friendly. Mackenzie and Sandy in the office are terrific! They are always there to help in any way they can. The pool is always kept at a comfortable temperature, and the whole complex is immaculate. My dog and I LOVE it here!

Great place with Excellent Service

I lived at Stonegate for 2yrs. I was extremely happy. The service is excellent! I want to thank Makenzie and Sandy for their attention for helping me in my needs to make me happy during my stay at Stonegate. Thank you maintenance for having everything working in excellent conditions! Sad to say goodbye but happy with my time here. Blessings!!

Happy tenant

This is an immaculately clean and respectable complex with extremely attentive maintenance staff. Mackenzie, the leasing consultant, is a 5-star rock star! The location is perfect. I have never lived in a place before that I didn't have anything bad to say. I almost wish it could become a condo so that I could buy my unit. I just hope that rent increases do not exceed my comfort level to my budget :(

Home

It was hard to leave my home of 30 years, however Mackenzie and Sandy have made me feel like I am home. IIt is very quiet and relaxing community. I knew after taking the tour with Mackenzie that this is where I wanted to live. Maintenance staff are great, response time is great and the staff are friendly and do an excellent job. Landscaping is kept up well. Very clean and up to date apartments. I feel very safe living in this community. I appreciate the kindness and friendliness you receive from the staff and community.

Great Place to call Home

I have a 2 bedroom for 3 people. I LOVE the large rooms and ample storage. The apartment (and garage) are painted a light color that brightens it. Washing machine is large and dryer is fast.

I just got to say that Makenzie and Sandy are great. A year ago I had an emergency, I called Stone Gate and Sandy answered the phone. I explained my situation to her. She was patient and caring in listening to my needs of an apartment, I was directed to Makenzie, who I consider very professional and caring and in a short while all was resolved with a great apartment. Its been almost a year and all is great in the apartment. Maintenance are very fast in attending any needs if needed. Apartments are well maintained. All is clean, safe and amenities are great.
