We provide a wonderful home with amenities for you and up to two (2) pets per your apartment home.
Maximum weight for one (1) dog or the combined weight for two (2) dogs cannot exceed 75lbs.
Please note that ANIMALS are not allowed in Building 3450 (H)
BREEDS
All pets must be pre-approved with a veterinarian statement of good health which includes your
pet's immunization record. All dogs must be of 1 year in age or older and although we love all
dogs, certain purebred or mixes of dogs do not thrive in a community environment and are not permitted:

Bullmastiff
Chows
Doberman Pinschers
Dalmatians
German Shepherds
Perrode Presfa Canario
Rottweilers
Staffordshire Terriers
American Terriers (Pit Bulls)
PET DEPOSITS
$300 Refundable pet deposit for 1 pet.
$400 Refundable pet deposit for 2 pets.
PET FEE
$25 per month for 1 pet
$35 per month for 2 pets
