Leasing Office and Maintenance Requests
Hi, I'm newer to Stonegate however I just wanted to say that the leasing office property management and the maintenance ... staff are amazing. Any request that we submit for maintenance they come very quickly and fix the issue. They are polite and respectful. We get follow up calls/emails from the leasing office when there may be a potential delay for whatever reason. Even though the delay is even quickly resolved. We rented previously at a similar apartment living community for 6 plus years and had great maintenance customer service there as well, so it's been great making this transition. We want to thank the office staff and maintenance team for a great experience. The office staff was always professional and ... addressed our needs in a very timely manner. The maintenance team responded also in a timely fashion. Our neighbors were very kind and friendly. The property is well-kept and managed. When we gave our early termination notice, the office staff worked very diligently to find a tenant to take over our lease. As soon as our unit was rented, our deposit was refunded within 10 days. My Husband and I lived at StoneGate for only a year., but it was a great year. We had such a great experience living there. ... The area is beautiful. Everyone in the community were so friendly and we immediately felt at home. If we ever had a question or needed something the Staff at StoneGate were always more than happy to help us. One person in particular (I have to mention her) that was So Sweet, So Sincere and just pleasant to work with is Allyssa, She is really One in a million. She always made time if you had questions and was always so Kind! Allyssa took the stress away from when we moved in and when we moved out. She seriously handled everything. She is the Best! I have lived here for over 6 years. I have a small dog, and this is the best place to walk your dog and feel safe. I love ... my apartment with the attached garage, fireplace and big patio. The maintenance staff is excellent. Very fast to respond to requests, and very pet friendly. Mackenzie and Sandy in the office are terrific! They are always there to help in any way they can. It was hard to leave my home of 30 years, however Mackenzie and Sandy have made me feel like I am home. IIt is very quiet ... and relaxing community. I knew after taking the tour with Mackenzie that this is where I wanted to live. Maintenance staff are great, response time is great and the staff are friendly and do an excellent job. I just got to say that Makenzie and Sandy are great. A year ago I had an emergency, I called Stone Gate and Sandy answered ... the phone. I explained my situation to her. She was patient and caring in listening to my needs of an apartment, I was directed to Makenzie, who I consider very professional and caring and in a short while all was resolved with a great apartment. Its been almost a year and all is great in the apartment. Maintenance are very fast in attending any needs if needed. Apartments are well maintained. All is clean, safe and amenities are great. I'm only moving from here because I have to temporarily relocate out of state. When I move back to Wisconsin, I will be renting here again. The staff are very friendly, the maintenance requests get taken care of right away. It's an awesome, safe place to live!

I lived at Stonegate for 5 years, and I enjoyed living there. I would have kept living there except for a job that took me out of state. The front office is responsive and easy to work with. They resolved issues that I had quickly. Had some issues with centipedes and trash pick up being missed occasionally, but nothing terrible. Stonegate is a great place to live. Very quiet, nice neighborhood.
